Head of Ukrainian intelligence: Putin will not withdraw the troops from Ukraine

This was stated in an interview with the Financial Times by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Major General Kirill Budanov.

Commenting on the situation at the front, the head of Ukrainian military intelligence noted:

Today, the front line stretches for 2400 km, that is, as much as the USSR held in World War II against Nazi Germany. Then the Soviet Union received much more military support from the West. The West needs to be helped more seriously, otherwise the war will drag on longer and be more costly for Ukraine and the world. The first signs of famine in Africa became possible through the Russian naval blockade of the Black Sea ports and the obstruction of the supply of Ukrainian grain.

Budanv noted that he agrees with the opinion that the Russian troops are degraded and demoralized.

He noted:

If Russia now admits that it has not been able to defeat Ukraine, it will not be the collapse of the system, it will be the collapse of statehood. Therefore, the Russian army will be forced to fight to the end. They have no other choice.
