
For several months, the spy provided the Belarusian secret service with information about members of the Belarusian diaspora.
A Belarusian citizen was detained in Poland on suspicion of espionage and providing the Belarusian security services with information about the diaspora in Poland. This was reported by Reuters on 9 January, citing the Internal Security Agency of Poland.

It is reported that for several months the Belarusian woman had been providing the Belarusian secret service with information about members of the Belarusian diaspora, as well as organisations uniting Belarusians and Poles.
The woman was charged and placed in custody for three months.
It is noted that Poland, which is the centre of Western military supplies to Ukraine, claims that it has become the main target of Russian spies, accusing Moscow and its ally Belarus of attempts to destabilize the situation.
