Your marksmanship, guys, is literally life for Ukraine," he said.
He also warned that the number of Russian attacks on Ukraine's energy system could increase in winter and called for more efficiency of everyone in their place.
The closer we get to winter, the more Russian attempts to make the attacks more powerful will be. It is important for all of us in Ukraine to be 100 per cent effective. With all the difficulties. With all the fatigue. Despite any attempts to weaken Ukraine," the president said.
