Zelensky: Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated several settlements

President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed the liberation of a settlement in the Donbass and two more in the south.



The President announced this in an evening address on Sunday, September 4.

Every day we do everything to return our flag to all our territory, where the occupiers have entered. I thank all our warriors who hold and advance our positions! Thanks to everyone who helps the defense of Ukraine! Together we will win! The president said.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked the Ukrainian military:

Soldiers of the 63rd battalion of the 103rd terrorist defense brigade, who ensured the result in the Donetsk region - the settlement was liberated;

The 54th brigade in the direction of Lysychansk - Seversk also made reasonable steps, moved forward, and occupied certain heights;

I also want to note the 42nd separate motorized infantry battalion - thanks to its heroic actions, two settlements in the south of our state were liberated.

Earlier, information appeared on the Web that the soldiers of the National Guard, together with the 63rd battalion, liberated the village of Ozernoe, Donetsk region.

The Deputy Head of the Office of the President published a photo of the Ukrainian flag over the village of Vysokopolye, Kherson region.

Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar wrote on Facebook: "In some directions and areas, we are repulsing enemy attacks. In others, we are moving forward because a defense operation is a complex of various measures and constant dynamics."

Anna Malyar assured that at 19:00 on September 4, events were developing according to plan and urged to read on the page of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and operational commands.
