Zelensky names enemy's main target in latest massive attack

In the morning, Russia struck Ukraine with four missiles.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that the Kremlin's rocket attacks are aimed at intimidating the Ukrainian population, the head of state said on social networks.
He added that in the last 24 hours alone, the Russians had shelled 10 regions. As a result of the attacks, there were casualties and victims.
Everyone who perpetrates this constant terror will face a fair punishment. Responsibility will definitely have to be taken. For every life destroyed. For every missile fired at Ukraine. For all the evil and suffering that Russia has brought to our land," Zelensky said.
We shall remind you that on the morning of 18 February, the Russian Federation struck Ukraine by firing missiles from the Black Sea. Two of the missiles fired hit Khmelnytskyy. Partially destroyed were a military facility and civilian buildings. Two people are known to have been injured. One man suffered a shrapnel wound to his leg.
At the same time, the AFU reported that the invaders fired four rockets.
