Zelenska: 71% of Ukrainians live with feelings of tension and stress

For more than a year now, Ukrainians have been living in a constant state of adrenaline tension.

71% of Ukrainians say they live with feelings of tension and stress. These are the results of a study conducted by Gradus Research as part of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Programme. A sudden stressful situation is always associated with a frantic release of adrenaline", wrote the First Lady.
She also reminded how a human being reacts to stress and a series of animated videos on mental health. They were created by Bezbariernost together with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and with the support of the WHO.
