The Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that foreigners in Ukraine are now at risk
The Ministry of Internal Affairs asks foreigners to take into account the risks of staying in Ukraine due to martial law.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine warned foreigners about the danger of staying on the territory of our country, because now "the entire territory of the country is unsafe" due to the massive missile strikes of the invaders.
They emphasized that each person, first of all, is responsible for his own safety and, understanding all the risks, he chooses whether to go to the territory of the state, which is now under martial law, or not.
Now on the territory of our state there is not a single safe place. Everyone who stays in Ukraine, including foreigners, must personally take care of their safety - in particular, observe the curfew and hide in shelters during air raids and missile threats.
In turn, Deputy Interior Minister Yevgeny Yenin noted that the Russians are deliberately bombing civilian infrastructure. And if they hit military facilities about 300 times since the beginning of the war, then they hit residential buildings, schools, offices, hospitals, enterprises more than 22,000 times.
Religious buildings, shopping centers, schools - everything can become the object of missile and bomb attacks by our enemy. That is why, when entering the territory of our country, foreigners should clearly pay attention to the fact that Ukraine cannot fully guarantee their safety, as it was in peacetime, the Deputy Interior Minister said.
On the eve of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reminded that a foreigner who wants to enter the territory of Ukraine now must have a passport, visa, confirmation of the purpose of stay, financial security and the absence of a decision by the authorized state body of Ukraine regarding the entry ban.
During their stay in Ukraine under martial law for foreigners and stateless persons, the following are mandatory: curfew, rules of conduct during the “Air Raid” and “Missile Hazard” signals.
