- Russian shelling in Kherson region kills six people


The Russian army shelled populated areas of Kherson Region several times during the day.
As a result of enemy attacks, six civilians were killed and nine others wounded. This was reported by the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor-General.
on 21 September at about 11:45 the Russians attacked the village of Tyaginka in Berislav district. Subsequently, the airstrike destroyed and damaged private houses and outbuildings.
Later, at 12:00, the village of Lvovo in Berislav district came under fire. A local resident received injuries incompatible with life.
Also at 14:00, the Russian military attacked the Dariivska community. They hit a private house, as a result of which the owner was killed, - reported the Office of the Prosecutor General.
Also, the enemy army, using multiple rocket launchers, launched a series of strikes on the Bilozerskaya community. Subsequently, the shelling injured a family: a man was killed and his wife and mother were hospitalised.
As of 16:30 during the day, six civilians were killed and nine others wounded due to enemy shelling in the Kherson region. Consequences of Russian armed aggression are documented by prosecutors together with investigators of the GU of the National police in the Kherson region, - stated in the message.
Law enforcers have launched a pre-trial investigation into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (part 1, part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal code of Ukraine).
We will remind, today the Russian Federation fired 43 cruise missiles at Ukraine, 36 of which were shot down by the forces of the PGO. In Cherkasy, a missile fragment damaged a hotel building, which led to a fire.
