about author Due to constant shelling in the de-occupied territories of Buchanskiy district, mandatory evacuation was announced.
The corresponding order was published in the telegram channel of the Kupyansk district military administration. The order was signed by the TIO by the head of the Kupyansk district military administration, Andriy Kanashevych, on 9 August 2023.
Evacuation has been announced on the territory of 37 settlements close to the combat zone. Residents of Kupyansk Zaoskillia (left bank of the Oskol River), Kovsharovka settlement, Kupyansk - Uzlovaya should evacuate.

The administration reminds that it is possible to inform about desire to evacuate in several ways:
- Applying to the united call centre from 9:00 till 22:00: +380507890124; +380637896474.
- Applying to the NGO "I am Saved" by the number +380634406920.
- By calling the Red Cross hotline (Monday - Friday from 10:00 to 17:00): 0800332402; +380732402402; +380673832402.
- Having addressed on a hot line of Kupyansk MVA (daily from 9:00 till 16:00): +380989412300.
Let's remind, last night the enemy once again attacked Kupyansk district. The Russians shelled several settlements, there are casualties.
