Kadyrov tries to increase his influence in territories seized by Russia

Kadyrov is interested in having Chechen forces perform the main function of "governance" in the occupied territories.
Chechen militant leader Ramzan Kadyrov is increasing his influence in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the National Resistance Centre has said.
The CNS said: "The day before, the leader of Chechen mercenaries said that more than 300 kadiyevs (judges who apply Sharia law) and imams plan to undergo training and travel to Ukraine. In fact, their presence in the Chechen groups in Ukraine may indicate that Kadyrov intends for Chechen forces to perform the main function of "governance" in the occupied territories.
The CNS believes that in this way Kadyrov wants to prevent desertion in the ranks of the occupation troops, as well as to legalize looting, which "Kadyrovites" are actively engaged in.
In turn, ISW analysts said: "Kadyrov may use his cadys and imams in Ukraine to create social conditions for the long-term resettlement of the Muslim population of the Caucasus in the occupied territories of Ukraine.
Earlier, Ukrainian Muslims reacted to the information about the arrival of the Qadiyevs. They said they were ready to fight against the Muslim theologians, whom the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, threatens to use in the war against Ukraine.
"Let them come closer, me and the Muslims of Ukraine (pictured) are already waiting for them," wrote Said Ismagilov, former Mufti of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Ukraine "Umma" and now a soldier of the AFU.
