The Ministry of Health reported how many hospitals in Ukraine were destroyed by the Russians


The occupiers deliberately hit infrastructure, cultural and social facilities, destroying schools and hospitals.
Since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the occupiers have damaged 1,100 medical facilities. 144 have been destroyed to the ground, the Ukrainian Health Ministry has said.
Medical facilities suffered the most in Kharkiv Region - 249. 210 hospitals were destroyed and damaged in Donetsk Region, 148 in Mykolayiv Region, 121 in Kiev Region, including 41 in the capital.
At the same time, the Ministry of Health noted that they are engaged in the restoration of hospitals, and as of today 95 health facilities have started working again, and 204 - partially.
The officials also noted that the restoration of the destroyed medical facilities will cost a great deal of money, which is estimated at 38 billion hryvnias.
It should be noted that Ukraine's damage from the full-scale war has been tentatively estimated at over 127bn dollars. The housing stock in the country was damaged by 39.7%, infrastructure by 27.7%. Damage to the Ukrainian educational infrastructure was estimated at 6.95bn dollars.
