On 16 June the enemy once again attacked Ukraine. Several cruise missiles were launched from the Black Sea.
More than 30 private houses were damaged and several people were injured, including children and a pensioner, due to a daytime attack in Kyiv Region.
This was reported by the Kyiv Region's police chief, Andriy Nebitov, on Telegram.
According to him, two children and a pensioner were injured in the aftermath of the enemy attack. The grandmother was thrown back by the shockwave. In addition, over 30 houses were damaged. Nebitov noted that a fire broke out in one of the houses.
Police, medics and State Emergency Service officers are working at the scene.
The SSNSU has confirmed information about a fire in a district of Kyiv Region. According to rescuers, the fire started due to falling debris from a downed rocket. It caused three houses to be destroyed and another 15 to be damaged.
Three houses were destroyed, 15 were damaged, including two outbuildings. Four people were injured, including three adults and one child. A fire started, which was successfully extinguished by rescuers over an area of 50m2. All emergency services are working at the scene," the press service of the State Emergency Situations Department in the Kyiv region said.
