Shmygal did not sign a bail order

Oleg Kotov
Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal did not sign the decree on the "e-Restoration".
The signing would allow men liable for military service to travel abroad for work on bail of UAH 200,000. This was reported by Liga.net concerning the Minister of Digital Transformation, Mikhail Fedorov.
We announced that a decision was made at the Cabinet of Ministers, but the resolution has not yet been signed. There is still a discussion in the government regarding this resolution, its revision, publication, and so on. Now I cannot say whether it will be signed, when and in what format,” Fedorov said at a briefing on August 31.
It was planned that "e-Restoration" would work from September 1, but this did not happen.
If it is signed, we will implement this service very quickly,” Fedorov assured.
