After the shelling of a thermal power plant near Kharkov, the Cabinet of Ministers will create a coordinating headquarters to eliminate the consequences of shelling of the energy and communal infrastructure of Ukraine.
The headquarters will be created within the structure of the State Commission for Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmigal.
Yesterday's barbaric shelling of Russia's critical infrastructure once again proved that we are confronted by terrorists. We must be ready for any scenarios,” Shmygal wrote.
It is planned to allocate UAH 400 million from the budget reserve fund for the restoration of damaged facilities and assistance to the de-occupied territories.
