Yavp.pl writes about it.
The purpose of the action is to protest against the war in Ukraine, publicizing the stories of torture and abuse of prisoners of war by Ukrainian defenders and civilians.
Activists are trying to show the whole world that the Russian Federation is a terrorist country.

We want to remind the whole world about what is happening in Ukraine, that our guys and girls are still there, on the front lines, protecting the country in the trenches. Our defenders do not eat normally, some are in captivity, and some lose their loved ones daily. We have no right to forget what is happening in Ukraine, - said the organizer of the event, Anna Legotina.
The activists were holding posters with anti-war inscriptions - Stop the war. Stop Putin. Olenevka. 07/29/22.
