Europe announces EU-Ukraine summit and invites Zelensky to it
The summit will take place on 3 February 2023.

The European Union is planning to hold an EU-Ukraine summit on 3 February 2023, which will be attended by the 27 EU member states and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
A spokesman for European Council President Charles Michel Barend Leites said:
"I can confirm that the EU-Ukraine summit will take place on 3 February and there is an open invitation to President Zelensky to visit Brussels.
Officials said the theme of the summit is likely to be how the EU can continue to support Ukraine against Russia. The leaders will also assess Ukraine's path to membership of the bloc.
Where exactly the summit will be held is not yet known.
