Business owners in Poland are advised to create an environment that encourages Ukrainian citizens to stay in Poland.
Ukrainians have started to leave Poland en masse and return home or move to other countries. This was reported by Rzeczpospolita.
The outflow of Ukrainians forced the country's authorities to turn to business and point out this fact.
As an expert on the labour market in Poland Anna Sudolska told the publication many Ukrainians who came to Poland, as well as рoles went to Germany, where salaries are higher. She pointed out that about 70-80% of Ukrainians who started working in the hotel business in the country - left and obviously will not return to work in autumn.
Most likely, they returned to Ukraine, went to Germany or somewhere else to work," she said.
It is noted that the mass outflow of labour force forced the authorities to ask businesses to create a favourable environment for the labour force to stay in the country. It is about salaries and bonuses.
The number of Ukrainians required in various sectors continues to grow, and facilitating their retention has become a priority," the newspaper said.
