The court confiscated the flats, land and house of the collaborator.



This was reported by the Justice Ministry's press service.

According to the official information, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court ruled to confiscate the assets of Kherson-based collaborator Volodymyr Saldo.

The court confiscated the following assets:

  • 5 land plots in Kherson;
  • 4 non-residential premises in Kherson and Crimea;
  • 2 houses in Kherson;
  • 3 flats in Crimea, Odessa and Kherson;
  • 2020 Volvo car;
  • 99.86% stake in Kashtan PJSC, registered in Korostyshev district of Zhytomyr region. The company specializes in ornamental and construction stone, limestone, gypsum, chalk and clay slate production.
  • a 30% stake in DELTA-SERVICE PJSC, a transport company registered in Kherson.

Criminal proceedings were opened against Saldo on suspicion of treason committed under martial law aggravating the punishment (part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
