A draft amendment to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses has been registered in the Parliament. It is proposed to introduce administrative liability for violation of restrictions under martial law.

As stated in draft law No. 7356 , liability is provided for violation of restrictions on the sale (dispense) of medicines during martial law - a fine from 1,700 hryvnia to 5,100 hryvnia with confiscation of medicines and proceeds.

It is also proposed to introduce administrative liability for violation of established restrictions on the sale of alcoholic beverages during martial law - a fine of 8,500 to 17,000 hryvnia.

Violation of the curfew and the special blackout regime provides for a fine from 170 to 340 hryvnia, and a violation of the curfew, which is committed within the border strip (5 km from the state border), - a fine from 1700 to 3400 hryvnia.

In addition, the draft law contains a number of procedural rules regarding the definition of subjects for drawing up protocols on administrative offenses (the National Police, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, local authorities) and subjects for considering cases and issuing decisions.

It is proposed to empower the police and officials of the State Border Service of Ukraine, in case of violation of the curfew by citizens, to apply to them measures to ensure the proceedings on cases of administrative offenses, namely the administrative detention of a person.
