Ukraine collected files on 600 military commanders suspected of crimes against Ukraine - The Guardian

Ukraine has collected dossiers of Russian military commanders suspected of crimes against Ukraine.
The chief prosecutor of Kharkiv Region, Oleksandr Filchakov, said this in a commentary to The Guardian.
This is a spreadsheet measuring 4m long and 1.5m wide. It shows the names and photos of suspects on whom criminal cases have been opened in Ukraine - from Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoygu and President Vladimir Putin to colonels and other military officials.
We started collecting dossiers on Russian commanders and generals last year and we continue to update them weekly," Kharkiv Region's chief prosecutor Oleksandr Filchakov told reporters.
We shall remind you that prosecutors of Kharkiv region are conducting procedural management of over 2,300 crimes against the foundations of national security.
The facts of death of 1780 civilians, including 74 children, the wounding of 2718 people, including 214 minors, and the facts of abduction or disappearance of 1007 civilians are being investigated.
Twenty-one torture chambers have been discovered which occupation troops have set up in the territory of the region, of which nine are in Kupyansk district, seven in Izyum district, four in Dergachiv district and one in Chuguev district. 112 victims have gone through torture and abuse, 8 of them, unfortunately, have died. We are still identifying new facts of forced detention and torture of Ukrainians by the Russian military and representatives of the so-called illegal armed formations of the LPR and DPR," the head of the regional prosecutor's office said.
Law enforcers in the de-occupied territories have established eight cases of sexual violence by representatives of the Russian Armed Forces. "All the women are of different ages. The youngest girl is 16 years old, the oldest woman is 73 years old," Alexander Filchakov said.
More than 9,000 cases of attacks or bombing by any means of civilian infrastructure, 91 cases of premeditated murder, 347 cases of illegal deprivation of liberty and more than 2,100 cases of looting are still being investigated.
In such cases, 87 individuals have been reported suspected, including 20 servicemen of the aggressor country, mercenaries of a private military company and participants of the so-called "DPR" illegal armed formation.
Let those war criminals who are outside our country not expect to go away with punishment. To such soldiers, we inform them in absentia of suspicion and initiate the issue of a special pre-trial investigation. No one will escape punishment: from a rank-and-file Russian soldier to the top political leadership of the aggressor state," the head of the regional prosecutor's office stressed.
Prosecutors are conducting procedural management of over 2,300 crimes against the foundations of national security. A total of 496 persons have already been put on suspicion, including 313 for collaboration activities, 118 for high treason, 33 for aiding the aggressor State and 21 for fire extinguishers. The suspects included heads of territorial communities, their deputies, deputies of city, village and settlement councils and teachers.
In cases involving crimes against national security, indictments have been filed against 242 people, 90 of whom have already been convicted.
At the initiative of the regional prosecutor's office the court seized the corporate rights and property of 137 enterprises, the founders of which are citizens of the aggressor country, for more than UAH 920 million, as well as three vehicles, 25 immovable property, two land plots, of which the property in the amount of more than UAH 880 million has already been transferred to the ARMA.
