Ukraine introduces visa regime for Russians: details

Today, the Cabinet of Ministers may adopt a resolution that will stop visa-free trips of Russians to our country.
This is reported by the official Telegram channel of the President of Ukraine.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine must adopt a resolution "On the termination of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on visa-free travel for citizens of Ukraine and the Russian Federation and the application of certain international treaties between Ukraine and the Russian Federation."
As part of countering unprecedented threats to national security, sovereignty and territorial integrity of our state, I proposed to the Cabinet of Ministers to develop the issue of revising the regime for the entry of Russian citizens into the territory of Ukraine, the report says.
If the decision is adopted, from July 1 of this year, Ukraine will introduce a visa regime for entry for Russian citizens.
