Talks between Russia and Ukraine are back on the table in Turkey
Turkish authorities urge Russia and Ukraine to sit down again to end the war as soon as possible.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing a statement by Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu.
He notes that both Ukraine and Russia are preparing to conduct a serious offensive in the coming months. However, Turkey believes that the sides should return to negotiations.
