The Ministry of Social Policy told whether the retirement age will increase

The government of Ukraine does not plan to raise the retirement age.
The increase has already been prescribed until 2028, but not age, but length of service. Oksana Zholnovich , Minister of Social Policy, spoke about this.
Depending on how long a person has insurance experience, he can retire, - Zholnovich said in an interview.
The minister also spoke about the program of additional voluntary social contributions.
Many of those who temporarily moved abroad today are on vacation without pay, so ERUs are not charged for them, their insurance record does not go. Therefore, they can pay such a contribution from their income abroad, especially if they work there in order to extend their insurance period and retire on time, upon their return. There are also families where not all family members work and they have a problem when they retire. So why can't a husband and wife agree among themselves that the worker pays for another ERU, that the spouses have their own pension without any requirements, reaching retirement age. Why are children who are wealthy and understand that for various reasons their parents of pre-retirement age have lost their jobs and are unable to get a new one, will not be able to pay the minimum contributions, and when they reach retirement age they will receive a full insurance experience?, - said the minister.
Oksana Zholnovich also told how many pensioners are now in the temporarily occupied territory.
Since 2014, there have been 1 million 277 thousand pensioners, of which 1 million 160 thousand were reassigned, that is, they went to the controlled territory and confirmed their status, and 117 thousand people did not apply, and we do not know what happened to them . Taking into account the new occupied territories, there are about 3 million such pensioners,” the minister summed up.
