23.4 million tons of new crop were harvested in Ukraine.



91% wheat was harvested, barley - 96%, peas - 97%, and winter rapeseed - 98%. This was reported in the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.

The leaders in harvesting are: Nikolaev region - 86%, Odessa - 85%, Volyn and Dnepropetrovsk - 70%, Kirovohrad - 60%.

The Khmelnytskyi region has the highest yield of grain and leguminous crops - 62.0 c/ha.

Cereals and leguminous crops were harvested on an area of 6.1 million hectares (55%) with a yield of 38.2 q/ha. 23.4 million tons of grain were harvested, incl.

  • wheat threshed 4.3 million hectares (91%), threshed 17.4 million tons (yield - 40.4 q/ha);
  • barley threshed 1.5 million hectares (96%), threshed 5.3 million tons of grain) (yield - 34.5 q/ha);
  • peas threshed 108 thousand hectares (97%), threshed 243.7 thousand tons (yield - 22.6 q / ha);
  • millet threshed 3.2 thousand ha (7%), threshed 7.7 thousand tons (yield - 23.9 q/ha).

In addition, the collection of winter rapeseed was carried out on an area of 1 million 77 thousand hectares, (98%) threshed 3.1 million tons of seeds with a yield of 28.4 q/ha.

Agrarians from Mykolaiv and Transcarpathia have completed harvesting crops of the early group.

Agricultural producers of Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, and Odesa regions have threshed more than 2.0 million tons of grain, and Vinnytsia, Volyn, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Ternopil, Khmelnytsky and Cherkasy regions have threshed more than 1 million tons of grain each.

Recall, according to the information of the First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Taras Vysotsky, about 1.3 million tons of grain were in the territories temporarily occupied by the Russian armed forces. According to CNN, Russia, in addition to its grain, also sells Ukrainian grain stolen from these territories.
