Russian troops fired rockets at Odessa on the evening of 1 May, explosions were heard in the city and a heavy fire broke out. This is reported by Dumskaya.

The occupants also hit the warehouse and branch number 4 of the New post office. Parcels and other flammable materials are burning.

All parcels that were on the way were redirected to branch No. 3 of Novaya Posta in Odessa.

All 18 employees of Novaya Post who were working when the missile attack started managed to hide in a shelter, said co-owner of the company Volodymyr Popereshnyuk. According to him, about 900 parcels were damaged.

Earlier, a missile strike in Odessa killed two people and injured 20 others, including a 12-year-old child and the president of the Odessa Law Academy, Sergei Kivalov.
