The AFU told how the weather will affect the fighting

Ukraine is experiencing cold weather, heavy rain and wind.
Winter is coming to Ukraine and with it cold weather, snow, strong wind gusts and low temperatures. The Ukrainian armed forces noted that the weather will affect the course of events on the front. In particular, rain and snow will complicate the movement of armoured vehicles, the work of drones and aviation. This was stated by the head of the public relations service of the command of the AFU Ground Forces Vladimir Fityo on the air of the telethon.
Still, the weather will make its own contribution to the conduct of combat operations. If it rains now, there will be less use of both aviation and attack drones. So it will be harder for vehicles to move. But again, artillery has been and will be used," the speaker said.
The representative of the Ground Forces noted that one of the main tasks for the Ukrainian troops remains the cutting of supply lines of the Russian invaders, as well as the destruction of the rear and forward positions of the enemy.
Fityo also noted that the frost could be used to the benefit of the Ukrainian army.
I think with the help of weather - rain and frost - we will freeze them out," he said.
Note, forecasters predict deteriorating weather in the south of the country, east and north. Also a strong storm is recorded in the Black Sea. Servicemen urge citizens not to come close to the shore, as strong waves can throw ashore a large number of mines, which the Russians "generously" dot the sea with.
