The western borders of Ukraine with the EU and Moldova were crossed by almost 81 thousand people and more than 18 thousand vehicles.



Over the past day, on July 15, more than 41 thousand people left Ukraine. More than 24 thousand of them crossed the border with Poland, the rest went to other EU countries and Moldova. This was reported in the Western Regional Department of the State Border Service.

More than 39 thousand people entered Ukraine over the past day, 36 thousand of them are citizens of Ukraine.

Also, 126 trucks with humanitarian aid were registered at the border.

On July 16, queues at the borders with neighboring states, to leave Ukraine, were recorded at the following checkpoints:

Republic of Poland:

  • "Yagodin" - 0 buses (pedestrians are not allowed to pass; cars are temporarily not allowed to pass);
  • "Ustilug" - 0 l / a, 0 buses (pedestrians are not allowed);
  • "Ugrinov" - 80 l / a, 0 buses, 0 pedestrians (pedestrians are only allowed to exit);
  • "Rava-Russkaya" - 40 l / a, 10 buses, 0 pedestrians (pedestrians are only allowed to exit);
  • "Grushev" - 25 l / a, 0 buses, 0 pedestrians (pedestrians are only allowed to exit);
  • Krakovets - 50 l / a, buses are temporarily not allowed to exit, 0 pedestrians (pedestrians are only allowed to exit);
  • "Shegini" - 0 l / a, 0 buses, 0 pedestrians (pedestrians are allowed in both directions);
  • "Smolnitsa" - 0 l / a, 0 buses, 0 pedestrians (pedestrians are only allowed to exit).

The Slovak Republic:

  • "Small Berezny" - 25 l / a, 0 pedestrians (pedestrians are allowed in both directions);
  • "Uzhgorod" - 50 l / a, 3 buses, 0 pedestrians (pedestrians are only allowed to exit);
  • Small Selmentsy - 0 pedestrians (works from 9 to 21 hours).

Hungary:

  • "Tisa" - 0 l / a, 0 buses (pedestrians are not allowed);
  • "Dzvinkove" - 0 l / a, 0 pedestrians (works from 08 to 19 hours);
  • "Kosino" - 0 l / a, 0 pedestrians (open from 08 to 20 hours);
  • "Luzhanka" - 15 l / a, 0 pedestrians;
  • "Forks" - 0 l / a, 0 pedestrians.

Romania:

  • "Dyakovo" - 0 l / a, 0 pedestrians;
  • "Solotvyno" - 0 l / a, 0 pedestrians;
  • "Porubnoe" - 0 l / a, 0 buses, 0 pedestrians.

The Republic of Moldova:

  • "Mamalyga" - 0 l / a, 0 buses, 0 pedestrians;
  • "Kelmentsy" - 0 l / a, 0 buses, 0 pedestrians;
  • "Rososhany" - 0 l / a, 0 buses, 0 pedestrians;
  • "Sokiryany" - 0 l / a, 0 buses, 0 pedestrians.

More than nine million people have crossed the border into Ukraine since the start of the Russian military invasion. This was reported on July 13 by Reuters , citing data from the UN Refugee Agency. About two-thirds of Ukrainians who went abroad with the start of a full-scale war do not plan to return to Ukraine yet. About 5.6 million Ukrainians remain outside Ukraine in Europe out of those 8.8 million who crossed the border to leave after February 24, and about 3.3 million have already returned.
