Roman Svitan, a military instructor pilot, a reserve colonel in the AFU, said this during a telethon in Freedom:

There are still issues related to wet soil. Therefore, there is some slowdown in de-occupation movement. But the ground will dry up and Ukrainian troops will start moving. And where it has already dried up, for example, in the Orekhovo, Gulyaypol area, the AFU movement towards Melitopol has already started.

Roman Svitan believes that the AFU command, when planning, takes into account all aspects.

Svitan assured that the Ukrainian military at the front is fully prepared for winter - changed or are changing clothes.

Svitan stressed:

We are already in our ninth year of war, so our army is ready for such trials. For us, it is already a workday. Ukrainian soldiers' outfit is 100% ready.
