People are forced to stand in line for days to leave the territory controlled by Ukraine.

In the occupied Vasylivka, in the Zaporozhye region, about six thousand cars with civilians who want to leave for the territory controlled by Ukraine have accumulated. However, people cannot do this. The invaders refuse them and wrap up the transport. This was stated by the mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov on the air of the national telethon.

To date, there were six thousand cars in Vasilyevka, Fedorov said.

He stressed that the occupiers are mocking people.

Yesterday they let about 100 cars through to the last checkpoint, the mer said.

He also said that those who managed to break through the first checkpoints are crying with happiness from the fact that they may soon be in Zaporozhye, but they are turned around on the so-called "plate".

The occupiers told those who passed yesterday that Saturday-Sunday is a day off and they do not let them go further. They continue to mock our people, - explained the mayor of Melitopol.

Fedorov says that people find themselves in queues to leave for 10 days and continue to stay in them, as this is the only way for many to be free.
