Defence fighters eliminated 710 invaders and 38 enemy artillery systems, among them two Soncepok systems

The Ukrainian defence forces continue offensive operations in the Melitopol and Berdyansk areas and are consolidating their positions, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Defence Forces has said.

The aviation carried out 11 strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment. The defenders destroyed 3 enemy attack UAVs of Shahed-136 type and 6 reconnaissance UAVs of operational-tactical level.

Over the past 24 hours, the rocket troops and artillery unit hit the areas of concentration of the enemy's manpower, artillery means at firing positions, ammunition depot and REB station of the occupants.

Also, two TOS-1A "Solntsekek" heavy flamethrower multiple rocket launchers were fired

The system "Solntsekek", according to the speaker of the Eastern group of the AFU Sergey Cherevatoy, a low-precision heavy flamethrower system, is capable of destroying not only military targets of the enemy with high temperature, but also causing huge damage to civilian infrastructure.

It is an inhumane system. Through excessive pressure, blast wave, and incredibly high temperature, it virtually destroys anything that comes under fire. Whereas Western science went to the point of producing high-precision systems for damage control, all Russian weaponry is completely low-precision,
- Cherevaty explained.

Destruction occurs by exposing the target to high temperatures, shrapnel, shock waves and excess pressure, which is created by the massive use of unguided rockets.

Another 710 occupants were also eliminated over the past 24 hours.
