Russian airlines will replace the co-pilot with a virtual economy adviser. Validity of sanctions?

To cut costs, Russian airlines will fly without a co-pilot
The Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade has decided to replace the co-pilot in aircraft with a virtual one in order to cut costs. Russian media write about this, referring to the Russian public procurement portal.
According to international flight safety rules, at least two people must always be in the cockpit.
The development of the virtual co-pilot technology is planned to be completed in 2024, and the implementation of the technology is planned to be completed by 2030.
The virtual pilot is planned to be implemented both in passenger and cargo aircraft.
The only pilot is planned to be protected from the additional load.
It is necessary to modernize the information and control field of the cockpit, develop the technical design of the "virtual co-pilot" and integrate the aircraft with this technology into the air traffic control system. The process provides for the introduction of advanced means of communication, navigation and surveillance, as well as ensuring the cybersecurity of onboard equipment, the media publish a statement from the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Recall, earlier it was reported that Russian airlines seized 400 leased aircraft.
