Russia is preparing to fight for Kherson - British intelligence

The Russians became more active after the armed forces of Ukraine failed for 20 km in the north of the Kherson region.

In recent days, the Russian occupation authorities have probably issued an order to prepare for the evacuation of part of the civilian population from Kherson. They probably believe that the battle will go to the city of Kherson itself, according to intelligence.

The Russians are trying to fortify a new front line west of the village of Milovo, the British say.

Heavy fighting continues along this line, especially in the western sector, where the Russian flank is no longer protected by the Ingulets River, the scouts write. Most of the invaders here are understaffed units of the Airborne Forces.
