Arestovich told how far the AFU is from Kherson

About 30 km of the road remained from the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the occupied Kherson, adviser to the Office of the President Oleksiy Arestovich said on Feigin Live on Friday, October 7.

From the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Posad-Pokrovsky to Kherson, about 30 km, but ours are already further, behind Posad-Pokrovsky. From this position you can already see the houses in Kherson, - he said.

Arestovich noted that such proximity to the enemy makes it possible to use artillery against Russian invaders.

This is very good, because all types of artillery will start working,” Arestovich said.

Earlier, the head of the joint press center of the Defense Forces of the Operational Command South, Natalya Gumenyuk, said that the number of liberated territories in the Kherson region had increased to 500 square kilometers. According to her, 29 settlements have now been liberated.
