Russians will bring carpools to occupied territories

The Russian Ministry of Culture will send car clubs - multifunctional Houses of Culture on wheels - to war-torn cities.
The Russians have decided to "bring culture to the masses" in the territories they occupy. In particular, they intend to bring mobile cultural centres to villages in Luhansk Region. This was reported by the Luhansk regional administration.
For remote villages and ruined towns, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation is buying motor clubs - multifunctional houses of culture on wheels," the report said.
They will come to those settlements where there are no cultural institutions of their own.
According to the Ukrainian authorities, it is becoming increasingly difficult to travel between towns and villages in the Russian-occupied territories. Often people can only get into certain towns and villages using special passes.
It should be noted that Russians often use culture as propaganda, implanting a perverted notion of history, events and values. Propagandists who cover up their activities with "cultural events" support the war, the annexation of Crimea, praise Russian dictators and speak disparagingly of other peoples' cultures.
