Occupiers booby-trapped water pipes and energy facilities in Melitopol district

This was reported by Melitopol mayor Ivan Fedorov.

He also said that the enemy was not going to retreat from temporarily occupied Melitopol. Additional reserves have been recently brought to the city:

The occupiers continue to place their own equipment and personnel in civilian infrastructure, right in the middle of residential areas of the city. In particular, they have recently positioned themselves in a church, a kindergarten and a shelter for minors," Fedorov said.

The mayor also reports that invaders have mined critical infrastructure in the occupied part of Zaporizhzhya Region:

  • At Zaporizhzhya NPP, mine-blast barriers have been installed in technical rooms and machine rooms.

The Vorog threatens residents of the occupied territories and will blackmail the entire civilized world with nuclear safety until our heroic Armed Forces liberate both Energodar and the entire occupied South," said the head of Melitopol.
