Rafael Grossi told about what he saw at ZNPP

IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi assessed what he saw at ZNPP. The experts plan to stay at the station.
This was reported by Energoatom.
Grossi said that he went inside the blocks, saw emergency systems, diesel generators, block control panels and much more. The IAEA will analyze the technical aspects of what it has seen.
We chose three or four key areas that I had to see directly. And I was able to do it,” says Grossi.
He noted that he talked both with the station workers and with people from Energodar.
It is obvious that the station and its physical integrity has been violated several times, either by accident or on purpose - we do not have the necessary elements to assess this, Grossi said.
He added that IAEA experts will be at the station for a long time.
A group of experts remained at ZNPP until 4 or 5 September to assess the situation. It is also planned to ensure the constant presence of employees of the organization.
