Kharkiv. Psychologists of the State Emergency Situations Service provide assistance to the victims of two morning terrorist attacks of the Russian Federation on the city, - the report says.

While firefighters extinguish the flames and remove the rubble, psychologists of the State Emergency Service communicate with relatives of the dead and injured, provide emergency psychological assistance.

Also, psychologists of the State Emergency Service support people who have been left without housing.
