According to the Prosecutor General's Office, 7,938 civilians were killed.

Andriy Kostin, Prosecutor General of Ukraine, stated this in an interview with Interfax. He said:

According to our data, 7,938 civilians were killed, of which 430 were children. There were 10,897 wounded. But, I emphasize, these are only official, confirmed data that are in the materials of criminal proceedings.

According to Kostin, given the impossibility of access to the occupied territories and the lack of a complete picture of what is happening now, it is scary to even imagine what the numbers might be.

It is worth recalling that according to the data of the General Staff of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have already liquidated more than 72 thousand Russian invaders.
