- Under what condition can women with many children take early retirement

Women with five or more children may retire earlier than the general retirement age.
This is a reminder from the Pension Fund.
It is noted that we are talking about mothers with many children whose children have reached the age of six.
Article 115 of the Law of Ukraine of 09.07.2003 № 1058-IV "On Compulsory State Pension Insurance" provides that women who have given birth to five or more children and raised them to six years of age, are entitled to an early retirement pension after they reach 50 years of age and have at least 15 years of insurance experience, the report said.
It is also noted that one can apply for a pension one month before reaching 50 years of age both in person at the service centre of the Pension Fund and online via the Pension Fund website.
