Entrepreneurs from areas of possible hostilities and de-occupied territories can receive a loan from the state

The Cabinet of Ministers has allowed entrepreneurs from the territories of possible hostilities and de-occupied areas to participate in the state programme "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%".
This is reported by the Ministry of Reintegration.
The programme was created to support businesses and economic recovery in the affected regions. It makes it much easier for micro and small businesses to access bank loans.
The programme has three interest rates (depending on the date of establishment of the business and its size (annual turnover))
- 5% per annum - if the revenue is up to UAH 25 million and at least 2 jobs are created during the first quarter;
- 7% p.a. - for business with revenue up to UAH 25 million;
- 9% per annum - for business with revenue up to UAH 50 million.
During the martial law period under the programme almost 24 thousand soft loans totaling more than 95 billion hryvnias were disbursed - the ministry said.
