- Poland says Ukrainians of conscription age have no right to receive benefits

Limiting benefits for military conscripts should be restricted across Europe, Warsaw says.
Ukrainians of conscription age in Poland have no right to receive social benefits if they evade military service in their home country, Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski has said. Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski said this, The Guardian has reported.
I certainly don't believe that there is a right for a person to receive social security for dodging conscription. Those people who are fighting on the front also have human rights," Sikorski said
He noted that the receipt of benefits by Ukrainians - evaders should be restricted throughout Europe. Sikorski believes that if they are denied benefits in one country, they can go to another European country.
At the same time, he added that it is up to Ukraine to decide what to do with Ukrainian conscripts abroad.
We would like to point out that Ukraine has called on all military conscripts of conscription age to update their data in the TCK. This also applies to those who are abroad. According to these requirements, Kiev has restricted the issuance of documents abroad without presenting documents on updating data from the TCC. It is possible to do this only on the territory of Ukraine. However, the country is under martial law and many military conscripts will not be able to travel back to the EU after updating their data.
