OPU says when Ukraine will hold presidential election

Vladimir Zelensky believes that he would have won the presidential election if it had been held on time.
The Ukrainian presidential election will be held immediately after the end of the war. The head of the presidential office, Andriy Yermak, said this in an interview with Corriere della Sera.
Yermak told journalists that this had already been discussed at the highest level.
Zelensky is very clear that he will want all soldiers to be able to vote, as well as refugees who are now abroad. But today resources must go to war," said the head of the OPU.
We would like to point out that according to the Ukrainian constitution, the next presidential election in Ukraine was to be held at the end of March 2024. But since the country is under martial law, the election was postponed.
It is also worth noting that the Ukrainian leader, commenting on the issue of the presidential election on Fox News, said that it had been postponed because of the war and that he would have won it if the election had been held now, as he "has great support among the population".
