Ombudsman: Russians kidnap Ukrainian children and make sexual videos with them

This was announced by Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets.

Lubinets said:

"The 'rates' amount to hundreds of thousands of roubles. For example, for a boy who is about to go to school, they offer 250,000 roubles (130,000 hryvnias). The correspondence indicates that children from Ukraine have no relatives.

Dmitry Lubinets noted:

The Russian Federation insidiously kidnaps, kills, deports and rapes our children. How is this even possible in today's world?

The Ombudsman called on the Cyber Police, the National Police and the Office of the Prosecutor General to take appropriate response measures to find and punish the perpetrators and return the affected children home!
