Russians hit Kupiansk, at least 5 wounded, there are people under the rubble.
"The enemy struck the centre of Kupyansk. The Local History Museum building was hit," the head of the Kharkiv regional state administration, Oleh Sinegubov, wrote.
According to preliminary information, 5 civilians were injured and at least two more people are under the rubble.
All emergency services are working at the site. Information is being clarified.
Updated: Ten people were injured. One woman, an employee of a local history museum, was killed.
