Russians in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhya region have stopped paying social payments

The occupiers attribute this to a shortage of roubles and promise to rectify the situation.
The Centre for National Resistance (CNR) reports:
No payments have been made in Melitopol, Berdyansk and Tokmak, while payments from Ukraine have arrived on time.
However, the occupants are now trying to prohibit the circulation of hryvnya. Consequently, they are organizing raids on retail outlets to prevent them from buying anything with hryvnya. Thus, it turns out that the Russians have deprived people of their jobs, are not paying money and are prohibiting the use of hryvnya.
The CNS also recalled that on the eve of 2023, the Russians launched employment centres in the temporarily occupied territories, but one can become registered there only with an enemy passport. However, even after receiving Russian paperwork, as you can see, no money can be expected from Russia.
