Most Russian troops withdraw from Mariupol - Kirby
Most of the Russian troops withdrew from Mariupol and moved north from the city.
This was stated by Pentagon spokesman John Kirby at a briefing, Ukrinform writes.
In general, we would estimate that most of the Russian forces, ground forces that were sent to Mariupol, withdrew and moved north of Mariupol ... A small number, roughly equivalent to a couple of battalion groups, is still in Mariupol and its environs, Kirby said .
