Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the President's Office, said that the Russian Federation intends to offer the delegation a passage through Crimea or ORDLO through shelling.

At the same time, this morning, August 31, the IAEA Mission left Kyiv for the Zaporozhye NPP.
