Kuleba said that the battle for Donbass will resemble World War II

This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba on Thursday in Brussels, speaking before NATO.

As reported, residents of the Lugansk and Donetsk regions are being urged to evacuate. The mayor of Dnipro also urged to leave the city.
