The Kremlin dictator admitted that Russia is waging a war against Ukraine

on 24 February Russia attacked Ukraine, while cynically calling the war - "SWO".
Vladimir Putin met today with members of the Russian president's "human rights" council. He admitted that a "special military operation", is a war.
FREEDOM writes about it.
At the same time he does not recognize himself as an invader.
The war was launched not by us, but in 2014 [...] by the Ukrainian authorities," the Russian president said.
He also called the occupation of Ukrainian lands an achievement of the Russian army.
The results of the referendums showed that people want to be in Russia. And they consider themselves part of this world, part of this space, of our common culture, traditions, language. And this is the most important result. And they are now with us. And this is millions of people - this is the most important thing," Putin said.
Putin said that the "special operation" is dragging on, and the emergence of results could be a long process.
