During the war, the KSCA strengthened schools' security through municipal security employees.
At least one person from municipal security will be located in each school in the capital. This was announced by the Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration, Valentin Mondrievsky.
Each school has a panic button, and contracts have been concluded with security agencies, but under martial law, a person must be physically present at the school - a security guard. Therefore, we decided it should be a representative of the municipal security, - said Valentin Mondrievsky.
Mondrievsky noted that there is a corresponding decision of the Council of Defense of the city of Kyiv and instructions from the mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko.
The decision will be implemented within a few weeks, from October 1.
Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Denis Monastyrsky, said that a lifeguard is assigned to each educational institution.
